Frost Unmanned AB develops next-generation unmanned systems—USVs (Unmanned Surface Vehicles) and UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)—for modern defense applications.

We’re now seeking a self-driven Business Developer / Sales Lead to bring our solutions to market and build our sales function from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in driving our growth in Sweden, Finland, the Baltics, Poland, and selected NATO countries.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with defense forces, authorities, and decision-makers, primarily in Sweden, but also in Finland, the Baltics, and Poland.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish a sales pipeline in selected NATO countries.
- Lead tender processes, manage proposals, and participate in demonstrations and tests.
- Collaborate with our team to shape business strategy and develop tailored customer solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales to the defense sector, preferably with systems or platforms.
- Ability to independently execute complex deals in a defense context.
- Strong relationships with the Swedish Armed Forces or defense-related stakeholders (highly desirable).
- Experience with defense exports and international deals is a plus.
- Good technical understanding of sensors, communication, and unmanned systems.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Employment Conditions
- Workplace: On-site in Stenungsund (Gothenburg, Sweden)—no hybrid or remote options, except when traveling to meet with customers, attend demonstrations, tests, or business development activities across the Nordic, Baltic, and NATO regions.
- Salary: Competitive fixed salary based on experience, plus performance-based variable compensation (significant earning potential for high performers).

- Working Hours: Full-time, with travel required across the Nordic, Baltic, and NATO regions.
- Start Date: By agreement.
