Arbetsbeskrivning TIP Group – one of the world’s leading providers of leasing, rental and maintenance solutions for heavy commercial vehicles – is looking for a results-oriented and commercially focused Country Sales Director to lead our Swedish operations. Based in Helsingborg, you will hold full sales responsibility for the Swedish market and play a key role in driving profitable growth in a strategically important country. The Role As Country Sales Director, you will take ownership of sales performance, market expansion and customer development in Sweden. You will lead and coach a team of experienced sales professionals and work closely with our largest customers to build strong, long-term relationships. You will also identify new business opportunities both within our core offering and in emerging segments, including new business areas such as waste truck leasing. Sweden is a growing and competitive market for leasing, with increasing demand for flexible and cost-efficient fleet investments. TIP highly values working closely with our customers to provide the best tailored solutions, at competitive prices. With access to a vast and diversified product portfolio including trucks, trailers, and specialized body builds we are uniquely positioned to meet diverse customer needs without being dependent on a single supplier. Key responsibilities: •Full sales ownership for the Swedish market •Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with TIP’s regional and global goals •Grow revenue and improve margins through proactive sales management •Lead, support and develop the Swedish sales team •Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and partners •Follow up on customer development and continuously improve solution offerings •Identify and develop new business areas and customer segments •Collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence •Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory developments Din Profil Your Profile We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in B2B sales and business management. You understand the dynamics of the leasing and transport sector and have the ability to drive both growth and profitability through strategic sales execution and relationship-building.
