About the role

The Senior Accountant of the Therapy business unit is responsible for managing the integrity of financial reporting, overseeing general accounting operations, and supporting the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role acts as a key liaison between the accounting team and other departments and plays a critical role in maintaining internal controls and improving financial processes! 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities.

• Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.

• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Maintain internal control systems and recommend improvements.

 

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

• Education: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (NetSuite). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
