Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to take on a dual role as a Team Lead and Project Manager.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the mechanics group's tasks across various innovative projects. This includes leading brainstorming sessions and facilitating competence development activities within the team.

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and transition projects initiated within the Advanced Development (AD) department. Given the focus on exploring new technologies, projects often begin with hypotheses about the potential of these technologies, requiring a project management approach that differs from traditional R&D. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from the initial ideation phase, design, and prototype construction to testing, handover, and providing support to R&D during industrialization efforts, as well as building knowledge for future project starts.

Success in this role requires a curious mindset towards new technologies and the ability to manage multiple parallel project tracks effectively while maintaining a clear focus on objectives.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development.

* Proven experience in concept development.

* Solid experience in project management.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.

* Full-time on-site presence at the Husqvarna office is required.

* Fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
