Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and optimize perception models for processing 3D point cloud data
- Design and implement real-time algorithms for object detection, classification, and tracking based on 3D sensor inputs
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to integrate the perception stack into a complete end-to-end system
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization to meet stringent latency and accuracy requirements
- Apply the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and sensor technologies to improve system capabilities
- Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture where problem-solving, innovation, and open dialogue are highly valued
What you bring:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, or robotics
- At least 5 years of industry experience in developing computer vision algorithms for real-world applications, preferably in automotive or robotics
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of core computer vision principles, including feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and recognition
- Experience with both deterministic and learning-based perception models
- Hands-on experience with 3D sensor technologies such as event cameras, LiDAR, or depth cameras, and expertise in point cloud processing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-driven approach to work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English language proficiency sufficient for professional collaboration and documentation
