Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, modular software architectures for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD)
- Derive and integrate software systems across the embedded and AI stack with a focus on industrialization readiness
- Collaborate with hardware and system engineers to ensure smooth and efficient hardware-software integration
- Guide development teams in implementing automotive-grade software with emphasis on performance, safety, and reliability
- Conduct thorough design and code reviews to ensure consistency with architectural goals and compliance with quality standards
- Serve as the key point of contact for software architecture discussions with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Ensure systems are designed to be fault-tolerant and capable of handling complex, real-time data processing
- Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation including diagrams, interface definitions, and design specifications
- Present architectural decisions, design rationale, and technical trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders
What you bring:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and architectural design with deep understanding of software engineering principles
- Proven background working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or within relevant high-performance system domains
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable software architectures for automotive sensors, ECUs, or connected vehicle systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and design large-scale, safety-critical applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Rust, and Python
- Familiarity with automotive middleware including AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive
- Strong knowledge of functional safety standards and cybersecurity requirements, including ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434
- Hands-on experience with safety and reliability tools such as FMEA, FMEDA, and fault tree analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English for professional collaboration and documentation
