Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test & Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and implement comprehensive validation and test strategies for an advanced automotive anti-collision sensor system
- Lead end-to-end verification activities covering hardware, software, and complete system testing
- Ensure system performance meets automotive industry standards and customer expectations through structured validation plans
- Analyze and report on data to verify system robustness, reliability, and calibration accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying issues in sensor performance and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding test and validation topics
- Mentor and guide the test team, supporting growth and alignment with project objectives
- Contribute to system quality assurance across the full product development lifecycle
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading validation, testing, and QA of automotive sensors or embedded systems
- Proven ability to manage test teams and coordinate verification activities to meet quality and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of sensor technology, sensor fusion, and perception systems within ADAS or autonomous vehicle applications
- Experience in defining test criteria based on system-level requirements and functional specifications
- Proficiency with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and system-level test environments
- Familiarity with automotive testing and verification standards
- Solid communication skills with the ability to present test results and technical findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Python for scripting or automation
- Experience using CI/CD toolchains such as Jenkins and GitLab for automated testing workflows
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
