Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Take ownership of engineering studies including technical scope, design development, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination
- Lead technical aspects of early-phase industrial projects (pre-FEED and FEED), ensuring robust preparation for execution phases
- Drive multi-disciplinary engineering deliverables with a focus on quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals
- Define design basis and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality input into engineering specifications and documentation
- Coordinate and lead work packages executed by external engineering partners, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery
- Identify and mitigate engineering risks through proactive progress monitoring and issue resolution in collaboration with project teams
- Manage cross-discipline interfaces and ensure alignment between civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, and other relevant domains
- Organize and lead key technical reviews such as HAZOPs, design, and constructability reviews, ensuring timely resolution of findings
- Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards
- Support the development of modular and standardized design opportunities to improve project efficiency
- Provide engineering input to procurement processes including scope documentation and vendor review
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical best practices
- Support the client’s broader framework for project development by promoting continuous improvement and innovation
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
- Proven experience in industrial project engineering or project management within plant or heavy industrial environments
- Strong track record of delivering engineering packages in early-phase projects (pre-FEED and FEED)
- Deep technical expertise in at least one engineering discipline with the ability to collaborate effectively across other disciplines
- Experience leading external engineering teams and managing interfaces between multiple engineering stakeholders
- Proficiency in engineering design tools, document control platforms, and digital collaboration environments
- Skilled in identifying technical risks and driving resolution in complex, multi-disciplinary contexts
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage structured project documentation
- Effective communicator capable of translating complex engineering topics to diverse audiences
- Ability to supervise and align technical contributions from other Project Engineers and design teams
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient, solution-oriented, technically curious, and a collaborative team player
