The Role:

As a Java developer with integration expertise, you will be crucial in stabilizing current systems, making architectural changes to future-proof them, and creating an efficient foundation for the development work related to the new agricultural policy. This is a significant and exciting opportunity to shape the future of these critical systems.

Responsibilities:

You will join one of the development teams within the Development and Digitization Department. Depending on needs, other internal assignments may also be relevant. The working language is Swedish.

Required Skills (Level 4):

The consultant should meet the criteria for Level 4, indicating:

Knowledge: High generalist competence or very high competence in the specific role.

Experience: Several years of experience with complex assignments in the current role and delivering high-quality consulting services (typically 9-12 years of experience).

Leadership: Takes responsibility for large parts of the assignment.

Independence: Very high level of independence.

Specific Competency Requirements:

The consultant must have experience and very good knowledge in:

* Integration work

* Java (Backend) and Java/Jakarta EE as a platform

* System design

* Agile values, experience with agile methodologies and Scrum

* JPA (Hibernate)
