Vestas Northern and Central Europe (NCE) is a sales business unit responsible for sales project, installation, and service of wind farms throughout the NCE regions. The Energy Control Coordinator team is part of the Service Department in Sweden, and they act as the role models for energy safety work. We are now looking to reinforce our team with a Team Leader for the ECC group. The role is responsible for supervising the performance and for carrying out the company strategy for the ECC group. Preparing for the future, ensuring performance and a professional mindset in the team today will be required to meet your goals in this role. You will guide your organization and changes in the area to improve safety, financial results and employee and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The role will be the First point of contact and direct manager for the ECC group, with competence to give professional directive. The aim of the role is to carry out the company strategy by setting operational goals for the ECCs under your management, assuring quality of reporting and constantly looking for ways to optimize safety, quality and cost.

This is a new role in the organization and additional tasks might be added in alignment with company needs. Work location is flexible and can be based out of one of our local warehouses around Sweden. When conducting trainings and/or support for colleagues, you will be targeting the whole of Sweden and regular traveling is to be expected.
