our Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support for Windows and macOS users, diagnosing and resolving issues.
* Manage incidents and problems, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate on solutions.
* Escalate complex issues to second-line support and external vendors.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
* Configure and administer Intune (implementation phase).
* Oversee laptop lifecycle management (deployment, retirement, maintenance).
* Train users and create technical documentation.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory user management.
* Project work experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 administration.
* Experience with Intune configuration and administration.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
* Understanding of computer networks and VPN solutions.
* Self-reliance, accuracy, conscientiousness, and strong organizational skills.
* Strong commitment and excellent user interaction skills.
* Fluency in both English and Polish.
