Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a significant ERP implementation project. You will play a crucial role in the "ERICA" program, specifically within a project focused on implementing Infor M3.

Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between technical architects and business stakeholders.

* Translate technical requirements into business impact and vice versa.

* Support business representatives in creating documentation.

* Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and proposed solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and architects.

* Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and map cross-functional processes.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in driving and leading business process documentation efforts.

* Solid background in requirements management and documenting business needs.

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.

* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

* Ability to clearly articulate the impact of proposed solutions on business processes.

* Ideally, a strong network within logistics and order management, or a proven ability to build one quickly.

* Experience with digital transformation projects and ERP system implementations, preferably within Supply Chain.
