Position: Senior Test Lead Consultant (Level 4)

Location: Remote/Onsite as required

Assignment Period: 01 July 2025 – 31 December 2025

Workload: 75% of full-time

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Test Lead Consultant to support one of our key clients in ensuring the quality and reliability of a critical digital service. This role involves leading and participating in testing efforts, defining test strategies, and contributing to the agile development process in collaboration with other teams and services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in the testing of the service
• 
  
• Develop test strategies and test plans tailored to the service’s requirements
• 
  
• Collaborate within an agile team, taking responsibility for the testing process
• 
  
• Share knowledge and help build testing competence within the team
• 
  
• Coordinate with other related services and stakeholders across the organization
• 
  
• Monitor, follow up, and report regularly on testing progress and quality status
• 
  
• Ensure delivery of results according to agreed objectives and timelines

Required Competence – Level 4

Competence Level 4 signifies:

• High generalist expertise or very deep specialization in the relevant field
• 
  
• At least 9–12 years of experience in the area, with 2+ years at level 3
• 
  
• Proven success in large-scale assignments with high-quality results
• 
  
• Capable of leading large groups independently with minimal supervision

Must-Have Requirements (to be specified in the attached competence matrix)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in test management
• 
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in exploratory testing
• 
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in agile leadership within development projects/assignments
• 
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing test strategies
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Git
• 
  
• Experience in requirements analysis and business development
• 
  
• Experience in testing or test management in containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• 
  
• Experience in both system testing and acceptance testing

Preferred Qualifications (also to be specified in the competence matrix)

• Experience with national e-health services and their architecture
• 
  
• Familiarity with e-health standards, including RIVTA
• 
  
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Cypress and SoapUI
