We are currently seeking a Group Manager for Power Distribution Units to join Electromobility at Group Trucks Technology.  The Electromobility organization  Electromobility is changing the automotive world, and we are now looking for you who want to be part of making this change happen in our industry! The Electromobility organization is responsible for the complete development lifecycle of our electric powertrains – from advanced engineering through product development into the maintenance phase. The team is responsible for leading the in-house development for the full range of Volvo commercial vehicles. Having a platform mindset to fulfill the need of Heavy and Medium duty Trucks as well as construction equipment, buses and marine applications. As a manager, you will take ownership of all your teams’ deliveries and develop technical roadmaps as well as strategic competence development for your team. In this position, you will be part of the management team of the department Traction Voltage Supply and Distribution, an organization dedicated to technology as well as empowering and developing high performing teams.   In close collaboration with our internal customers and external suppliers, you will work from early phases through industrialization and maintenance. Last but not least, you always strive to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.   Requirements * M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics and/or equivalent  * At least 10 years of experience in product development, preferably within electromobility and/or automotive  * Leadership experience as manager, team leader or project leader  * Fluent in English, verbal and written  Meriting * Solid understanding of Automotive HW Product development process including component development, verification and release procedures   * Technical knowledge in Electromobility products, systems and components  * Experience in developing Power Distribution or Charging Solutions for Electromobility  * Experience in heavy-duty vehicle applications and vehicle integration.  * Experience in working with Sustainability.  The application process   The journey begins!
