Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master– After treatment System Installation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on the installation of aftertreatment systems
• Collaborate with a lean agile team of mechanical engineers within an R&D environment
• Drive project progress in alignment with the client’s established R&D processes and development frameworks
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project execution and team collaboration
• Support technical discussions and facilitate decision-making across internal teams and external partners

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a project manager within automotive R&D environments
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with the client’s specific R&D processes
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage technical teams in a fast-paced setting
• Background in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline
• Familiarity with aftertreatment systems and their integration in vehicle platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working in agile or lean organizations with cross-functional teams
