Are you a structured and detail-oriented accountant who enjoys taking responsibility and driving improvements? At TePe, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who is ready to take ownership of the accounting process for several of our group entities. What you’ll be doing

As our Senior Accountant, you’ll play a central role in our accounting team and take responsibility for the accounting of several entities within the TePe Group as well as adjacent entities. Your work will span both daily operations and long-term improvements. Your role will include:

• Managing daily accounting operations, including closings and financial reporting
• Overseeing accounting processes and ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinating audits and managing tax filings
• Analyzing financial data to support business decisions and strategy
• Implementing and improving accounting policies and procedures
• Driving and participating in development projects
• Creating and maintaining financial structures and processes
• Continuously challenging and improving ways of working with a long-term perspective

This is a role with many internal contacts and wide responsibility. You’ll have the mandate to explore, challenge, and improve current ways of working.

Who we’re looking for

Formal requirements:

• A university degree in Accounting or Finance
• Solid experience in accounting, including financial closings and reporting
• High proficiency in both Swedish and English
