We’re Hiring: 3 Software Application Developers – Digital Solutions & Analytics (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite required)

Join a global leader in aviation technology! Our client’s Digital Solutions & Analytics Implementation department delivers advanced Crew and Operations management products to airlines worldwide. These tools help optimize crew scheduling and aircraft utilization, supporting smoother, more efficient operations.

You’ll work as part of a high-performing, international team that values collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning. Each implementation team consists of 5–10 experts who customize and deploy solutions tailored to airline clients' specific planning requirements—delivering real, measurable value.

Your Role: Software Application Developer

As a Software Application Developer, you will:

• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to configure and tailor solutions to specific business needs
• 
  
• Solve complex technical challenges through programming and configuration
• 
  
• Engage with clients to manage expectations and build strong, long-term relationships
• 
  
• Contribute to delivering reliable, high-value software to end users

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (BSc or MSc)
• 
  
• Strong programming background: Python and Shell scripting
• 
  
• Familiarity with Rave and functional programming principles
• 
  
• Experience in agile development environments
• 
  
• Proven experience working directly with clients and end users
• 
  
• Background in data integration
• 
  
• Airline industry knowledge, especially in Crew and/or Operations planning, is highly desirable
• 
  
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
