Your Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice of one of weWow partners, delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via multiple channels.
- Provide tailored, empathetic solutions that leave a lasting impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Uphold weWow’s values by delivering innovative, customer-driven service.
Requirements:
Native Dutch speaker (verbal and written).
Preferably Bachelor-level thinking.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Resilient under pressure, adaptable, and target-driven.
Committed to building a long-term career in Valencia.
Offer:
Compensation: competitive salary of 1600-1800 euros (full-time).
Leave: 25 holidays annually.
Overtime: Paid at 125% (regular days) and 160% (Sundays/holidays).
