Your Role in the Team As an Application Specialist in the design, plan and produce team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and improving solutions to optimize how we create value for our business with the recently implemented PLM tool with focus on process, tool, and data. As a part of this team, you will get to work in an experienced cross functional team with great co-workers who all strive towards a common goal in enhancing how Lindex work with assortment planning, merchandise planning, product development and sourcing. This role requires you to be both a strong team player and an individual contributor. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, suppliers, stakeholders, and business owners to enhance business value and goals. You are a part of business implementation and change management activities, as well as prepare for and be an active part of planning sprints. The core goal is to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring the innovations contribute to broader business objectives and enhance functionality and operations in the design and product area. We believe in flexibility, offering a hybrid work set-up and the option to work remotely. Is This You? You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. We believe you have a few years of experience as a system developer, business analyst or a similar role. Knowledge of merchandising planning, assortment planning, PLM, or other tools in fashion retail or similar industries is valuable. You have experience with lean or agile methods like kanban or scrum. You are eager to learn and have strong communication skills. If you are flexible, curious, and take great responsibility in your work, we think you will be a valuable addition to our team! You have a strong interest in digital solutions and enjoy supporting your colleagues. At Lindex, we believe in making an impact together, and your mindset, drive, and teamwork are key. You communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) and understand Swedish. Bonus Qualifications: If you have a background as a backend system developer in the Microsoft .Net area, it will be considered an advantage.
