Key Responsibilities: Global Quality Engineering Leadership

• Lead and develop the global engineering quality strategy, ensuring alignment with Autoliv’s mission and safety objectives.
• Drive and champion best-in-class quality systems, standards, and processes across all engineering sites worldwide.
• Establish consistent metrics, KPIs, and reporting methods to monitor, analyze, and improve product and process quality.
• Foster a culture of quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement across all regions and functions.
• Guide and empower Quality Directors and local site leads to achieve global targets and compliance.
• Coordinate best-practice sharing and lessons learned throughout the global engineering and production network.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends (Automotive, Safety, ISO, IATF, etc.), ensuring company-wide compliance and readiness.

Required Qualifications: Engineering Quality and Leadership

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in global quality assurance/quality engineering, with significant experience in automotive, mobility, or high-reliability manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience leading international, cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and advanced quality tools (e.g. APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and build a culture of quality and accountability.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
