Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the execution of medium to large-scale customer projects with moderate complexity
• Ensure all project activities comply with contractual obligations, company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, and timelines
• Establish the project execution strategy and oversee project handover, execution planning, monitoring, and control
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external resources to deliver successful project outcomes
• Drive the implementation of a new digital software tool for electrical engineering applications
• Support digitalization initiatives within the electrical power systems domain
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure alignment across project phases
• Facilitate change management processes and ensure user adoption of new tools
• Ensure successful delivery of project goals within budget, on time, and with high quality standards

What you bring:

• PMP® or IPMA Level B/C certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in managing complex projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in electrical systems or related HITACHI ENERGY domain
• Alternatively, a technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven ability to assess, propose, and implement recovery strategies for challenged projects
• Hands-on experience with digital tool implementation and system digitalization
• Practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities
• Experience with product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
