Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and efficiency
• Drive cross-functional projects including production capacity expansion and process development
• Promote and support LEAN methodologies across the organization to foster a culture of operational excellence
• Analyze material flows and working methods, identifying and implementing practical improvements
• Review deviation reports and lead corrective actions, including initiatives that span departments beyond production
• Contribute to the industrialization of new products and support updates and revisions to existing designs

What you bring:

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, with solid experience in production environments, production control, quality systems, and LEAN principles
• Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives with measurable impact on production performance
• Experience working with business systems, preferably SAP, is advantageous
• Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative working style
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
