In this job you will take the lead in driving the segment within Volvo Group Trucks Purchasing. Management Advisory Services Purchasing supports the entire Volvo Group related to management consulting, M&A, Strategy definition, Organization reorganization & roll-out, Legal compliance & regulation to name a few.   Some interesting elements in your job are: •    Lead and drive purchasing activities within the segment. •    Be responsible for development and implementation of the segment strategy. •    Ensure alignment with key stakeholders - for which your business acumen and people management is vital for success. •    Actively contributing to team development, supporting your peers and coaching buyers when relevant. •    Drive continuous improvement and facilitate the segment’s performance by focusing on sustainability, quality and cost to name a few strategic parameters.
