Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Migrate test cases from Robot Framework to Pytest across both component and domain integration levels
• Validate all migrated test cases in collaboration with the owning teams to ensure full functionality and alignment
• Develop parameterized and auto-generated test cases as needed, supporting ongoing feature development
• Contribute to the testing of integrated vehicle functionalities including infotainment, connectivity, diagnostics, power modes, Bluetooth pairing, mobile network access, Wi-Fi hotspots, OTA updates, media playback, voice control, navigation, and smartphone platform integration (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay)
• Lead or support stakeholder collaboration, test governance meetings, request prioritization, and ensure seamless daily test execution

What you bring:

• Mandatory on-site availability in Gothenburg; remote work is not permitted
• Proven experience with Robot Framework and Python for test development and automation
• Prior work experience in Sweden and with an automotive customer
• For senior test engineer role: minimum 5 years of experience, with ability to lead test coordination and contribute to test strategy and planning
• For test engineer roles: minimum 3 years of hands-on testing experience in relevant domains
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and cross-team dependencies
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, sufficient for all aspects of the assignment
