As the Product Owner for Automation and AI, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating automation and artificial intelligence technologies into our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation and AI initiatives, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the prioritization and grooming of the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize features, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive the agile development process, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the automation and AI space, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement plans.
• Measure and analyze product performance, user engagement, and business impact, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with a focus on automation, artificial intelligence, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products or AI-driven solutions from concept to launch, preferably in a consumer-facing or B2B environment.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Agile mindset and experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, analytical mindset, and ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
