Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Participate in all phases of HVDC refurbishment project delivery, including tendering, design, testing, integration, verification, and deployment
• Develop and implement control and protection software functions to ensure safe and reliable operation of HVDC plants and transmission links
• Collaborate closely with global teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide customer training and support on developed solutions
• Take ownership of assigned tasks with a high level of responsibility and self-organization
• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth, supported by mentors and development tools

What you bring:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, High Voltage, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
• Interest or experience in software development and programming
• Interest or experience in digital control technology, signal processing, and filtering
• Interest or experience in the HVDC or electric power industry, such as AC substation maintenance
• Strong sense of responsibility, planning, and organizational skills
• Curiosity and motivation for personal and technical development
