Are you a forward-thinking Business Controller with a passion for tech? In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive smart financial decisions, support strategic growth, and shape the future of tech investments with a business mindset.

We are now looking for a Business Controller with an interest in and understanding of Technology. As Business Controller, you will collaborate and work closely with stakeholders and other senior leaders within and outside Business Tech. A central part of the role will be to guide and support your units and to contribute to continuous improvement. Your focus is to enable and encourage a sound business mindset for the invested funds to maximize business value in line with company objectives, while ensuring good control and knowledge of our spend.

As a Business Controller, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team working closely with fellow controllers daily. We are looking for someone whose communication style is clear, inspiring and inclusive and who can effectively influence, empower and motivate others. In addition, you will contribute to a positive workplace where honest feedback is encouraged and appreciated. You should enjoy working in a changing environment and approach improvements and new ways of working with an open mind.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for your units, and consolidate financials for Business Tech
• Drive monthly closing, financial analysis, and strategic decision support
• Monitor and ensure accuracy in financial flows (e.g., recharges, invoices, accruals)
• Improve data quality and continuously optimize planning processes
• Educate and support leaders in financial planning and performance follow-up
• Oversee purchasing processes and support project controlling for tech investments

• 3+ years’ experience in financial/business controlling or analysis
• Academic degree in business, engineering, or similar
• Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP
• Ability to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as both languages are used in the role
