Key responsibilities

• Configure and adapt crew and operations planning products to meet specific airline needs
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand and implement business logic
• Solve complex technical challenges using functional programming and scripting
• Ensure high-value delivery through hands-on integration and customization
• Work closely with agile teams of 5-10 specialists to support product go-lives
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing support

Ideal candidate profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and Shell scripting
• Experience with functional programming (e.g., Rave, Haskell, Scala, or similar)
• Experience with Linux and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Background in client-facing roles and agile environments
• Data integration experience
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous work with airline operations or crew planning is a big advantage
