Now we’re looking for more experienced developers who can join our Product team and take our Applicant Tracking System to the next level.

What we are looking for…

• An experienced full stack developer with at least 3 years experience with both Ruby on Rails and Ember.js
• A Product-Minded Software Engineer with experience working in fast-moving companies.
• A self-motivated “manager of one” who enjoys being in the driver’s seat and seeing the impact of their work directly. A true doer who values pragmatism.
• A team player that has excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

The Product team consists of 50 highly passionate designers and developers, working closely together in small teams using Shape Up as our foundation. We are open-minded, provide feedback to each other, and we believe that all team members take their responsibility and ship awesome features with great user experience together as a team.

As a developer in a small cycle team you will get end-to-end responsibility for shipping projects every cycle that will have a direct impact on improving the hiring process for millions of candidates and hundreds of thousands users.

•  Make product-conscious decisions, considering user needs and business goals, and being mindful of edge cases and real-world usage.
•  Break projects down into scopes according to the Shape Up method, and take ownership of driving them forward, making thoughtful trade-offs along the way to ensure projects ship on time.
•  Find simple and elegant solutions to complex problems, and write maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code in Ruby on Rails and Ember.js.
•  Prioritize effectively to avoid unnecessary work and focus on what really matters, completing tasks on time and with minimal supervision.
