Are you interested in software solutions that solve some of the most challenging optimization problems in the world? Boeing is looking for a Software Application Developer based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

We are looking for a Software Application Developer to help configure and deliver advanced planning solutions for the airline industry. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to tailor the system to meet each customer’s specific operational needs, while also managing technical challenges and building strong client relationships.

You will be part of a project team responsible for ensuring successful product implementations that deliver real value to the customer. The role combines software development and problem-solving with requirements gathering, workshops, and communication with various stakeholders.

We are seeking someone with experience in software development, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a genuine interest in understanding the customer’s business. A solution-oriented mindset and a curiosity about the airline industry are key to success in this position.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Early-career professionals with a bachelor or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering physics, mathematics, or equivalent education.
• You have a passion for improvements and innovation and enjoy problem-solving and are interested in working for a global company
• Team players with good communication skills
• Programming skills in C++ (or Java with deep knowledge in Object Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Design Principals), Python and Linux
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience from the airline industry or the Jeppesen Crew products
