Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead projects from idea to finished product with a focus on quality, time and budget.
• Lead and coordinated technical projects within the process industry, including new builds, renovations, and the adoption of digital workflows.
• Design and optimize process technology solutions, ensuring appropriate material and equipment selection.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and implemented smart, future-ready technical solutions.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Experience Profile:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record in managing technical projects, serving as project manager, sub-project manager, or technical lead.
• Solid understanding of process design, mechanical systems, automation, electrical engineering, and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with process digitalization and automation technologies.
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to initiate improvements and lead change.
• Fluency in English.
