As a Maintenance Manager, you will focus on developing the team and creating a work environment that is safe, stable, and improvement oriented.
This role requires you to balance daily operational needs with long-term strategic approaches to continuously improve the operation and contribute to a safe and sound production.

How you’ll make an impact
- Lead and delegate work tasks within preventive and corrective maintenance to meet given KPIs.
- Responsible for the strategic direction within the area and participate in overall strategic work.
- Drive improvements in maintenance, work methods, and procedures to develop a long-term, sustainable maintenance operation.
- Ensure effective planning and prioritization of maintenance efforts in balance with production requirements.
- Work systematically with work environment, safety, and legal requirements.
- Personnel responsibility as well as budget and result responsibility within the area.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team and ensure the right competence over time.
- Coordinate work performed by external suppliers.
Your background
- Previous experience as a manager with personnel responsibility and a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives in maintenance
- Previous experience in maintenance and accustomed to working in maintenance systems as well as continuous improvement
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Solution-oriented and thrives in an environment where you, together with your team, tackle daily challenges
- Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Minimum high school diploma: engineering degree or other relevant education is a plus
