Job duties
• Deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on training in HACCP, Codex Alimentarius, food microbiology, and food legislation.
• Educate personnel in logistics, production planning, and digital food systems.
• Lead quality assurance, risk analysis, and process development in food production.
• Design and digitize systems for GF, SGFer, and CCP. • Provide consulting services to help companies improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and client companies.
