We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join the Business Tech organization – a key role where you will bring commercial expertise to support product teams in maximizing business value throughout the entire product life cycle.
You will work closely with product leaders to shape commercial and partner strategies, evaluate new opportunities, structure sustainable agreements, and negotiate favorable terms. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and have the ability to build strong, long-term value in vendor and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Support product leaders in developing and implementing commercial and partner strategies
Identify and evaluate potential new partners and collaborations
Negotiate with external parties to secure advantageous terms
Build business cases and define appropriate commercial models
Lead deal-making processes including RFPs, tenders, and contract design
Manage risk related to contracts and partnerships
Own and drive the full contract lifecycle – from signature to extension, renegotiation, or termination
Challenge existing commercial setups and propose new strategies
Support governance and collaboration between internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in international deal-making and commercial negotiations
Strong analytical skills, including business case development and KPI tracking
Ability to connect business goals to actionable outcomes
Experience negotiating with cloud vendors (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Google)
Understanding of various commercial models and contract structures
Excellent communication skills – constructive, clear, and business-oriented
Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration
