As a Business Controller – Supply Chain, you’ll support the financial side of our supply chain operations. This includes budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis – all with the aim of helping us work more efficiently and make informed decisions.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Acting as a finance partner to our supply chain teams – supporting key decisions with valuable insights.
• Developing dashboards, KPIs and tools to help monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Creating clear and engaging reports and presentations for senior management.
• Supporting audits and ensuring we follow financial guidelines and processes.

To do well in this role, we believe you have a strong foundation in finance and an interest in operations. You’ve worked with controllingor financial analysis for a couple of years – ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment – and are now ready to take the next step in this fun, varied and more modern Business Controller role.

We’re also looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable working in Excel and has experience with ERP systems (e.g. M3).
• Has used tools like Power BI or QlikSense to turn data into insights.
• Is detail-oriented and analytical, but also curious and solution-focused.
• Enjoys collaborating across teams and communicating complex ideas in a simple way.
• Takes initiative and likes improving ways of working.
• Is fluent in both Swedish and English
