Padel Trainer / Coach
Location: Ayia Napa, Cyprus
Position Type: Full-time, 6 days/week
Shifts: Morning or Afternoon/Evening (9 hours/day)
Availability: Year-round position
About the Role:
Ayia Napa Padel Club is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Maintenance Staff member.
This is a versatile role combining front desk duties with light facility upkeep to ensure our club continues to provide the best experience for our players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist players and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle bookings via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain clear communication and provide general information about the club
- Keep the reception and court area clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Clean glass walls and playing surfaces on courts as needed
- Monitor supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all club guests
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage (especially Greek, Swedish, or Russian)
- Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or facility maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with Padel or interest in the sport is a strong benefit
- Padel Coach Certification is a big advantage
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Cyprus(hold a European Union member state passport)
