As an SRE at WirelessCar, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our solutions operate seamlessly and are highly available. You'll leverage the latest cloud technologies, particularly AWS services, alongside tools like Datadog, to proactively manage and enhance the reliability of our services. You will work in close partnership with DevOps teams, empowering them to take full ownership of their services throughout their entire lifecycle. Your contributions will be vital in enabling our DevOps teams to manage their services effectively.

Meet the team:
You will be part of a global Service Reliability Engineering team, with colleagues in both the US and Sweden. Collaboration is key, both within the SRE teams and with the various DevOps teams responsible for developing and operating services across multiple customer solutions. The team is led by a Team Lead and focuses on both resolving service issues reported by the OEM support organization and implementing proactive improvements to prevent future incidents.
