We're seeking a proactive Tender / Quotation Specialist to join our client in Västerås and be instrumental in securing new business.

In this key role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals and technical solutions that win over customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support and cost calculations for MNS 3.0 bids to the sales team.
• Preparing and diligently following up on comprehensive proposals for both Swedish and international clients.
• Actively participating in customer meetings and technical reviews, both on-site and virtually.
• Ensuring all customer standards are current and accurately reflected within Salesforce.
• Maintaining and updating the solutions database, contributing to the enhancement of our technical systems.
• Collaborating in order handovers, product planning sessions, and sales meetings.
• Delivering clear and effective technical presentations and customer training as required.
• Creating and finalizing competitive bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications and budgets, balancing market competitiveness with healthy margins for the company.
• Maintaining and fostering positive relationships between internal units and external customers within your area of responsibility.
• Developing well-documented tenders with appropriate detail and accurate costings, ensuring timely completion.

What you'll bring to the team:

• A technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical power, automation, or mechanics.
• Proven experience in preparing bids and developing technical solutions within the industrial sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• A business-focused approach with a passion for engaging with customers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and configuration systems is advantageous.
