Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Radio Software Developer to be part of the development of advanced radio units.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to software design and development, as well as hardware integration and system-level testing for radio technologies.
• Be actively involved throughout the entire development process – from requirements analysis and architectural planning to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Take a leading role in software development within a sophisticated system landscape combining hardware and software elements.
• Work with complex technical environments and take on challenging engineering tasks.
• Apply expertise in designing software systems, understanding architectural frameworks, and implementing test automation strategies.

Required Competencies:

• In-depth experience with embedded systems designed for real-time operation, with knowledge spanning both hardware and software domains.
• Solid understanding of operating systems, especially Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with antenna technologies and signal processing.
• General knowledge of networking concepts, including both computer and mobile communications.
• Proficient in C++ for embedded product development.
• Experience using Java in the context of testing and automation.
• Strong capability in system integration, fault analysis, and debugging.
• Background in radio product development is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of end-to-end product development and lifecycle processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Well-organized, driven by solutions, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
