Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, execute, and report validation and qualification activities for equipment, systems, facilities, utilities, and manufacturing/cleaning processes
• Review and assess User Requirement Specifications (URS) and perform risk assessments
• Develop and update validation documents, including plans, protocols, and reports, applying a risk-based approach
• Perform hands-on qualification activities such as temperature mapping for temperature-controlled areas and units
• Provide validation support for periodic equipment reviews
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across relevant departments
• Update and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and templates
• Manage and document quality-related tasks such as deviations (DEV), change controls (CC), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

What you bring:

• Solid understanding of validation and qualification principles, with practical application in regulated environments
• Experience with validation of equipment, utilities, facilities, and processes (experience with computerized systems is a plus)
• Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• University degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related technical field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a GxP-regulated environment or similar role within quality or validation engineering
