Your Role:

• Evaluate the current legacy application, identifying opportunities for enhancement or automation.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with local country teams, guiding discussions on Recruitment & Sourcing topics.
• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, including both functional and non-functional aspects for technical services in the reqruitment field.
• Play an active role in solution design, conducting local design sessions to walk stakeholders through the proposed solution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A tech enthusiast who embraces change and is passionate about learning new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HR solutions.
• Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of Avature ATS
• Experience working on transformation projects.
