Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System & Application Test Engineer – Robotics & Automation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Execute comprehensive testing on complete systems, including software, electronics, and robotic manipulators running various applications
• Set up robot cells and develop robot programs
• Develop and run test cases to ensure functionality, reliability, and quality
• Write detailed and structured test specifications
• Drive collaboration with Global Solution Centers to derive test configurations and test specifications
• Coordinate with product owners to understand expectations and manage promotional content such as videos and photos
• Lead and implement process improvements within the testing and development process
• Ensure effective communication and synchronization among all relevant stakeholders

What you bring:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with another technical degree
• Hands-on experience in testing automation equipment and robotic systems
• Knowledge of RAPID and C# programming (level open to discussion)
• Familiarity with robot systems and electronics hardware
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is highly desirable
• Structured, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work
