Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead – CHAIN Application Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead technical implementation and deliver maintainable, custom-built solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Drive continuous improvement and development of the CHAIN application (built on ServiceNow)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient code
• Plan and execute various levels of testing including system, integration, and acceptance testing
• Design and implement robust APIs to support seamless system integration
• Work in a structured, agile environment with a strong focus on quality and performance

What you bring:

• Deep hands-on knowledge of the CHAIN application and related business processes
• Proven experience in leading technical implementations on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of SaaS platform architecture and best practices
• Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Expertise in code reviews and various testing methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in API development and system integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
