We are now looking for extremely results-driven and self-motivated salespeople based in Marbella to identify property owners in need of our property-related services, such as renovations, property maintenance, cleaning, gardening, and more — focused on exclusive properties in Marbella and the surrounding areas.
As a salesperson, you are creative and resourceful in finding the right ways to reach potential clients and close deals. Property owners are located both in Spain and abroad, as many use their homes as vacation residences.
You will manage the entire sales process — from the initial contact to signing the agreement and maintaining the relationship for future upselling of our wide range of services.
This is a fully commission-based role with highly attractive commissions on signed contracts/sales and great growth potential within a company that is undergoing a powerful expansion in Europe's hottest real estate market — Costa del Sol, Spain.
Since we target an exclusive clientele and the properties are located in Marbella’s most premium areas, often owned by people from around the world, it is a clear advantage if you have knowledge of different languages and cultures, enabling effective communication with potential clients.
Part of the work involves making the initial contact via phone, social media, or other methods to book a meeting with the client at their property. Once on-site, you will present our service offering, answer questions, and guide them through the process that should result in signing the contract.
You set your own working hours — the only thing that matters to us (and you) are the results, as your income is 100% commission-based.
We are only looking for winners with strong internal drive — a determination to deliver outstanding results is essential for success!
A valid driver’s license (Category B) and strong language skills are required.
