H&M Group is seeking a driven Senior Cyber Security Engineer to spearhead the implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) for their critical internal and external applications.
In this pivotal role within the Cyber Security Engineering team, you will be instrumental in enhancing and securing connectivity across H&M Group's diverse IT landscape, spanning data centers, Azure, GCP, and external partners.
You will leverage your deep expertise and best-in-class technologies to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing robust network segmentation strategies for data center environments.
- Deploying and optimizing Zero Trust architectures across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
- Working extensively with Secure Service Edge (SSE) solutions such as Zscaler, Netskope, or similar platforms.
- Configuring and managing IP-VPNs to establish secure communication channels between on-premises environments and Azure.
- Maintaining and administering firewall infrastructure (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).
- Deploying and monitoring Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
- Applying a strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S.
- Ensuring a strong security posture across H&M Group's hybrid cloud environment (Azure & GCP).
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network and cyber security.
- Deep expertise in network segmentation and firewall management.
- Proven experience with Secure Service Edge (SSE) technologies.
- Strong skills in IP-VPN configuration within hybrid environments.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems.
- A thorough understanding of Zero Trust Network Access principles and implementation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, etc.).
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
A required certification for this role is:
- Azure Security Engineer certification (e.g., AZ-104 or equivalent).
