We are thrilled to expand our EMEA team with a dedicated Regional Partner Manager for the Nordics to drive our partner strategy and strengthen our market presence.
As a
Regional Partner Manager, you will take charge of managing and developing strategic partnerships across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and the Baltics. Your main objective is to foster growth and drive revenue by collaborating closely with key partners and aligning their efforts with our business objectives. You'll act as a liaison between SSH Communications Security and our partners, ensuring both parties achieve mutual success and advancement in the cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with SSH Communications Security’s core offerings and strategic goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions, meetings, and workshops with partners to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for partners, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with partners to build a pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecast, and track performance against revenue targets.
- Develop and support partner marketing activities utilizing market development funds to drive leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to integrate partner activities into our overall business strategy.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve business goals.
- Assist in promoting and attending industry events, both virtual and in-person, to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, particularly principles of privileged access management and secure communications solutions.
- Proven experience in driving business growth through partner channels and strategic alliances.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is required to effectively communicate with our customer base.
