Responsibilities and Areas of Ownership As Senior Quality Manager, you will hold a broad and senior leadership role with full responsibility for the entire quality function—strategic as well as operational. This includes leading multiple teams and acting as a key advisor to senior management. Key responsibilities: - Lead and develop teams within Product Assurance, Quality Assurance/Control, and support functions like Supplier Quality and Configuration Management. - Develop and execute the company-wide quality strategy and foster a strong quality culture. - Act as the main quality representative in all program-related matters. - Collaborate closely with Program, Engineering, and Operations to ensure high-quality deliveries and full compliance. - Coach and mentor your team, ensuring capabilities and competencies meet current and future needs. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, set up KPIs, and enhance systems and governance. - Strengthen internal quality awareness through proactive communication and training. - Lead transformation efforts towards a unified and standardized quality culture. Your Profile We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and business-oriented leader with a strong background in quality and compliance - preferably in the space or similarly regulated industries. Must-have qualifications: - Bachelors’s degree in Engineering or similar. - Extensive years of experience in Quality, Configuration, and Change Management. - Proven success in leadership roles across multiple business functions. - Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably aerospace or space. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus. - Strong command of MS Office tools. - Enthusiastic, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for space and continuous improvement. Key personality traits: Business-minded, structured, self-aware, proactive, results-driven, collaborative, influential, and a strong problem-solver.
