Position Title:

Assembly Fitter

Position Purpose:

To successfully complete production tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Comply with the safety operation procedures of this position, abide by on-site safety management, and implement all the company's rules and regulations.
2. Be responsible for assembling and debugging the complete machine equipment according to the drawings, and ensure that all parameter indicators are met.
3. Be familiar with the schematic diagrams of pneumatics, lubrication, etc., and be able to construct according to the schematic diagrams.
4. Construct according to various operation procedures, master basic skills such as drilling, tapping, tolerance fit, etc., and be able to use basic tools such as angle grinders and bench drills.
5. Be familiar with the process principles, construct as required within the specified time limit, and ensure the assembly quality.
6. Timely communicate the problems occurring during the production process, and be able to put forward corresponding rectification opinions.
7. Observe labor discipline and obey the arrangements of leaders.
8. Pay attention to production safety to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: College degree or above.
2. Abilities:

• Be able to read mechanical assembly drawings.
• Be able to read the schematic diagrams of pneumatics and lubrication principles.
• Be able to clearly express and communicate problems.
• Be able to use basic tools such as angle grinders and electric hand drills.
