Job Title: Electrical Assembly Engineer

Position Summary

Responsible for electrical assembly, installation, and testing of automation equipment, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC control systems.
• Assemble and wire automation equipment per technical drawings.
• Inspect quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and circuit issues.
• Lead equipment debugging and support process improvements.
• Develop and document electrical assembly procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce and improve electrical safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in electrical assembly; overseas project experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in wiring, schematic reading, electrical tools, and fault diagnosis.
