We’re seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer to spearhead the creation of our app's innovative AI assistant and reimagine its core educational and customer support features. You’ll define how our users learn about women’s health and their own bodies. You’ll have significant design ownership across a broad surface area, shaping core experiences that directly impact user engagement, trust, and retention.

Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden.

You have…

• Strong UX skills with experience working on complex user flows. Experience with service design is a plus.

• Strong UI skills to develop new educational features for our app’s knowledge hub. You have the ability to make learning about women’s health interactive and engaging.

• Experience using quantitative data and user research to inform your design decisions. You may even have lead interviews or analysed data yourself (not only will you collaborate with user researchers and data analysts, you’ll design features to collect user feedback and scientific research data.)

• A strong portfolio demonstrating similar past work.

You are…

• Interested in AI and chatbot design

• Able to work independently and comfortable owning projects from start to pixel-perfect finish. You thrive in an environment that fosters autonomy and trust.

• A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills. You’re comfortable receiving constructive feedback and working closely with developers.

Location

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the product development team you will work with is located in Stockholm.
